Refund and Return Policy
This policy applies to all overseas customers who purchase electronic components and industrial automation products from Shenzhen Zhongpeng Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongpeng Technology” or “we”) through our overseas independent website, email, instant messaging, and other channels. We are committed to handling refund and return applications fairly and efficiently in accordance with this policy to protect your legitimate rights and interests.
1. Scope of Application and Application Premises
1.1 Eligible Application Scenarios
You may submit a refund or return application within the specified time limit for orders that meet any of the following conditions:
- Product Quality Issues: The received product has quality defects such as performance failures, inconsistent parameters, or appearance damage (not caused by logistics), and valid evidence (such as product photos and inspection reports) can be provided.
- Wrong Delivery/Missing Delivery: The model, quantity, or brand of the actually received product is inconsistent with the order confirmation information, or there is a missing delivery.
- Force Majeure Factors: Due to reasons not attributable to either party, such as changes in customs policies and logistics disruptions, the product cannot be cleared or delivered normally, and both parties agree to terminate the order through negotiation.
1.2 Ineligible Scenarios
We reserve the right to reject refund and return applications in the following circumstances:
- The product has been used, modified, disassembled, or the packaging is damaged, making it impossible for secondary inspection and sales;
- Product damage or loss caused by incorrect delivery information or unclear address provided by you;
- Product inoperability due to differences in local market policies and voltage standards (without confirming compatibility before placing the order);
- Exceeding the application time limit specified in this policy without reasonable grounds for extension;
- Products not directly sold by Zhongpeng Technology (such as third-party dropshipping or resold products).
2. Application Time Limit and Process
2.1 Application Time Limit
- Quality issues, wrong delivery/missing delivery: Submit the application within 7 working days from the date you sign for the product (based on the logistics signing record);
- Customs clearance/delivery issues: Submit the application within 30 calendar days from the date the order is shipped, and within 3 working days after confirming that the product cannot be cleared or delivered;
- Customized products: Special refund and return terms shall be agreed with us before order confirmation. If there is no agreement, refunds and returns are not supported by default (except for quality issues).
2.2 Application Process
- Submit Application: Submit the application via the official email ([email protected]) or QQ (791343957). You need to indicate the order number, applicant information, and problem description, and attach relevant supporting materials (order screenshots, product photos/videos, logistics documents, etc.);
- Review and Confirmation: We will complete the review within 3 working days after receiving the application, and inform you of the review result and subsequent processing plan via email or instant messaging tools;
- Product Return (if required): After the application is approved, you need to return the product to the address provided by us within 5 working days. The bearer of the return shipping cost shall be subject to the review result;
- Inspection and Processing: After receiving the returned product, we will complete the inspection within 5 working days. After confirming the problem, we will initiate the refund or exchange process and inform you of the progress via email;
- Completion of Closure: The refund will be credited within 3-7 working days after the inspection and confirmation. The exchanged product will be shipped within 3 working days after the inspection and confirmation.

3.2 Refund Instructions
- Refund Method: The refund will be returned via the original payment method by default (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer). If you need to change the method, please indicate it when submitting the application and obtain our confirmation;
- Refund Amount: For quality issues, wrong delivery, or missing delivery, the full amount paid for the order will be refunded; the refund amount for cases caused by force majeure shall be implemented according to the negotiation result between both parties, deducting the necessary incurred fees (such as partial shipping costs and customs clearance fees);
- Refund Arrival Time: Depends on the processing cycle of the payment channel, generally 3-15 working days. Please refer to the notification from the payment institution for details;
- Exchange Instructions: For products that meet the exchange conditions, we will replace them with qualified products of the same model for free. If the original model is out of stock, we can negotiate to replace it with another model or convert it to a refund.
4. Special Instructions
4.1 Cross-Border Logistics Notes
When returning the product, you must truthfully declare the product information (mark “Returned Goods” and product details). If customs detention or fines are caused by false declaration, the relevant responsibilities and costs shall be borne by you; it is recommended to choose a courier service that provides logistics tracking (such as DHL, FedEx) and promptly inform us of the logistics tracking number for tracking purposes.
4.2 Product Inspection Standards
We will inspect the returned products in accordance with the original factory standards, the parameter requirements confirmed in the order, and international general inspection specifications. The inspection result will be the core basis for refund and return. In case of disputes, both parties can negotiate to entrust a third-party authoritative institution for joint inspection, and the inspection fee shall be borne by the responsible party.
4.3 Policy Updates
This policy will be updated in a timely manner according to business development and changes in relevant laws and regulations. After the update, we will notify you through announcements on the overseas independent website, email, and other methods. If you continue to use our services after the policy update, it will be deemed that you recognize the updated content.
